A New Journey

I will probably end up telling you this in alot of my blogs, but there is always room for improvement in any line of field especially in the media industry there is perfect producer, director, DOP etc. There are people very good at what they do but still make minor mistakes. In my eyes a person can never stop learning and taking themselves to the next level of greatness. In our new studio class we were split in a group of 5, were we was asked to create a short film and a behind the scenes to show the importance of the process of pre-production. The short film struck an idea were i had decided to do it based on a true story, and the behind the scenes would show the in's and out's of pre production. For this project i took the producers role, i did this because this is were i feel im strongest at. Confident, ready to go always, quick to solve and prepare for an faults, and a skill to use less of the budget given, in this case we had 0 for this project. This for me would be a great experience whereby i am fully commited to these 5 members including myself. In a way i would be showing them the way to victory.

Also in this trimester I will be taking CIU210 which introduces us to international media and will help us blog and develop our portfolio skills. Furthermore, I am looking forward to seeing were this trimester will take me and hopefully i do not fall back with my work and hit the grades that i would like to achieve and always be aiming high and reach the best i can be.
