KPI's

During week 12, we had to mark ourselves and be honest about how we did within the trimester. In my opinon this exercise helped me to find out that there is always room for improvement, people make mistakes and keep trying until the mistakes can not be made anymore we are only human and not programed to be perfect. Saying this i do believe everyone has a stronger ability than others, for example, in my case i believe i am a quick thinker a person that can solve situations no matter how hard they are and make them better than they should be. I am confident in what i produce and take critics lightly. Therefore, i marked myself Successful in "Acting As A Team Player" and "Problem Solving Skills". I feel that one of the most things that let me down was my quick responses to my collegues, i had thought that by taking control of everything and taking things in my own hands i might of stepped on a few toes, which i did not mean at all. Like i said for anyone there will always be room for improvement, just sometimes you need to admit your mistake so others can help you.
